The ten hour head torque was due, so completed that. I managed to remove the intake manifold by just loosening the intake pipe hose clamps. The intake pipes had sufficient flex to move them back slightly while removing the manifold. Some head nuts started turning at about 10-lb-ft. Torqued all in sequence to the required 18 lb-ft. Re-adjusted all valves to the required .006". Reinstalled the intake system using Permatex Type 3 on the manifold interface.
My left main wheel pant was slightly loose, so jacked up the plane, removed the left pant and wheel and tighted the screws with new nylok nuts.
Brought the cowlings home to work on them. I will be modifying the lower cowling outlet per ONX-P02 rev A.
